Before I start, I will say that this sewing cabinet is heavy duty. I think it’s going to be very sturdy and will function well. Plus, the video was extremely helpful. However, putting this thing together is a BEAST. I was going to give it four stars (minus one star for the 14 hours it took to put together over two days), but some other things have come to light during its construction that lost another star.

The directions have REALLY small print…like, really small. Second, there were two fewer S1 screws received than we needed, forcing us to go into the “spare” parts bag. There were two metal blobs that were in the S1 bag, so maybe someone counted those as screws. Two More than we needed in the S2 bag. Speaking of screws, the screws that were designated for the magnet DO NOT fit and we had to use the alternate screws that had the additional two screws. Also, when we went to put in the dowels for the K parts that hold thread, 6 (six) of the dowel holes were 1/32″ (they used metric, but it still didn’t fit; possible 6mm) too small. Makes a difference when you are trying to install them. My husband had to drill them out and make them larger so the dowels would fit. What was weird is that they were all in the same place on the shelves, like the drill press had made those particular six holes (two per shelf) smaller.

Additionally, the only holes that are pre-drilled are the ones for the handles. When it state that the holes are pre-drilled, there are little divots made where you make your own. A bit misleading. One more thing that would have helped is if the 6 x 35 cam bolt had been blown out and cleaned.
It’s difficult to screw those in when you are working against pieces of metal debris. Totally glad it came with bonding cement. I think it came from China, so I couldn’t read those directions.

With all of these issues, it still had a “QC Passed” sticker affixed to it. That’s a little shocking, with things missing, not properly documented, nor ready for install (the rough cam holes).

I paid A LOT of money for this needed piece of furniture and I receive something that should have been discounted. Disappointed in you, Arrow.

The size is perfect for the limited area that I have. Quality is fine in that it does not shake when I sew.
Storage is limited but adequate for my sewing needs.
The one thing that would have made this a 5 star instead of 4 stars for me personally is that I have short legs so to adjust my sewing chair high enough to make it ergonomically comfortable, I can’t reach the pedal on the floor. I took the top covering for the sewing machine and placed it on the open surface below but it is a bit wobbly but it works. It would be nice if the design would offer a better fit when doing this.

Extremely compact for the limited space I have but yet, has so much storage.

I just finished assembly–(also by myself). I highly recommend using the video also–and I am fine with written directions–the video is just so much clearer. Two tips–DO use the WD-40 like you own stock in the company. DON’T use an impact driver to put the cam bolts in! (I did, and promptly broke one off in the fitting. I had to use a left-hand drill bit to get it out–you just don’t need the grief. Gear down your power screw driver, or do it by hand–you’ll be fine! Fully expanded, this table feels like real quilting acreage! I can’t wait to try it out.

I sew many things – quilts, doll clothes, clothes + crafts. This table enables me to do all easily. Love the cabinet.

I assembled it all by myself NO help! Which says a lot for your product, directions and you tube video!
It is so rare to find a quality product and follow up support!

I received my Wallaby II cabinet and Dingo cutting table combo about a month ago. Absolutely love it. It arrived in a couple of days. Assembly went very well. Good instructions. Custom insert fit perfectly. I didn’t know if I would like the chair but it is very comfortable. Love the skull pattern! The sewing cabinet is perfect and has good storage. Very sturdy and well made.

The cabinet appeared to be very well made, which was confirmed when it arrived and we assembled it. The instructions were very detailed, and the videos were extremely helpful – the best assembly videos I’ve ever encountered. I’m very pleased, can’t wait for my insert to arrive!
